The name of the recipe doesn't stop it from being delicious. I am Hispanic and welcome all renditions of recipes from all cultures. This was a delicious twist to the Mexican carne asada dish. Those who are pretending to know it all should stop looking at tutorial videos and make their own. I tried this meal last night and I may try it again! It's full of flavor and extremely tasty. I am trying another recipe of his tonight.

Mexican tacos might be better but you just never know what type of meat you could be eating.. maybe dog.... thats why when i go i only order chicken at least if its not chicken it has to be some type of bird....
