My wacky apartment on North Halsted Street in Lakeview, part of Wrigleyville just two blocks east of Wrigley Field and the red line el trains. The unit is next door to the 24 hour Shell station at Addison and Halsted and across the street from the police station and one block from the new Whole Foods Store. This unit has 2 bedrooms with two extra small dens, an eat in kitchen with dishwasher and fireplace, nice bathroom, and coin laundry downstairs. It has a variety of built in lofts because of beamed ceilings are 14 feet in some spots. A collection of wood ladders and full stairs in this unique space give it a wacky feel to be called an artist apartment. The unit is in the middle of the North Halsted Entertainment district and two blocks from the Clark Street entertainment district including 79 bars, improv clubs and sports bars.
