This is a song called First Hate. I had a version of this posted as my first ever video on Youtube but the sound was bad and my memory stick wouldn't let me record for very long so here is the new version, filmed in my living room.

sounded pretty good. you might want to try using more chords than d, g, and c9. a few inversions would sound better. nice voice though. but lets face it, there are only a few musicans in the world who can write 3 or 4 chord great songs like tom petty. try to increase you musical knowledge and see where it takes your writing.

Hey, this is a good song for promoting absence I would imagine. Why would you feel this way about someone if you didn't let them screw you. Otherwise you could write a song about divorce and you could at least afford a nicer guitar because the state would require some sort of compensation for a jerk leaving you. Then again, if it were a good marriage you wouldn't be burdening us with this song anyway so hey. ABSTINENCE IS GOLDEN.
