How do you get cops on 2 player?

well first u have to go to single player and got to paris or washington and set the cops on 1,2,3,or 4 then go to two player's and pick any car and wait for it to be done down loading then restart criuse and cop will be on you tail :-)

@Ostrichinator27 What you do is go into 1st player and add how many cops u want, then go to two players and select any cars of your choice. Drive around for like 30 seconds then restart your cruise. Cause mayhem (knocking down stuff etc..) and cops should be after u
