The plot was not much to rave about..but the song"Be A Clown"is the best
part of movie.Especially the dance number that Gene does with Judy and before
that with The Nicholas Brothers.

it was based on play, a comedy that starried the Lunts, the biggest broadway couple of their time. in 1940. MGM hired Cole Porter to write the score. The three songs best remebered are Nina, Mack the Black and Be a clown. one song not so great but Judy sang it well, love of my life.
