  • I think the difference is that bubbles/blisters have a tiny border of thicker latex around them. Church windows are (usually larger) thin spots without borders.

  • Once I saw a similar video where a balloon with a defect got blown to pop... but it *didn't* pop at the bubble! I guess you never can tell...

  • @Valedc03ls many areas have laws and regulations that specifically require that possibly defective balloons MUST be popped, to prevent more serious issues in the future. You don't want to go bustin' the law, do you?
