There's something else that should b taught but isnt:

we're all children of our time. U cant really judge the actions of historic figures by our 2012 Values. U have to judge the actions of historic people by the Values of their and our time seperately/twice.

The Tea Party should learn that society needs to move on! We cannot dogmatically hold on to the founding fathers ideas ignoring 236 years of historic experience.

And the Tea Party should learn that the founding fathers were atheists.
