no joke dude, when i watch tv the commercials are almost "flickering" so much it feels like I am about to have an epileptic seizure. The camera changes like every half second, and they have to speed it up so fast now because most people have the attention span of a small child in the toy isle of walmart. i cant stand it, and it baffles me how so many people can watch tv and not even notice this happening to them on a daily basis. Its mentally exhausting.

That you very much for your reply. I've read that book twice and it's probably the best book on the subject and goes into detail on the subjects you listed but it doesn't mention the Pentagon being responsible for the flicker rate.
