I appologize to everyone who's already seen this video. Someone thought it would be funny to hack into my account and delete my last 9 videos, complete with comments and favorites. Some people... back up they go.

  • Maybe it means the same thing, maybe it doesn't, but I think it's less of wanting to be better than everyone else, and more of not being content with mediocrity. Or maybe I have no idea what I'm talking about?

  • You're on the money... it's just about not wanting to be average. Sadly this means that to get there I have to want to be better than most people, since by definition most people are average. ;)

  • Your ambition drew me to YT and now it's been more than two years! Your style is still quite unique, you could still make a comeback. An update on your ambition?

  • silly

  • I think this douche was initially trying to explain how Hollywood fucked up the NE in A Beautiful Mind - but then it became some vain, self-fellatio inspired faggotry.

  • Absolutely

  • Why does it have to be cut my throat or cut yours? How is it that I can only succeed to the detriment of others or sacrifice my desire to excel for some pithy mediocrity? I'm not saying that we both can excel, sometimes there are finite resources. But when one of us is actually better or more productive, how has that person not earned his/her reward. That doesn't mean the loser has had anything taken from him, he never had it to begin with.

  • yeah, I see your point, and kinda agree with it... You wanna be better then everyone else. But if someone suffers in the process? Would you care being better only because someone is being worse?

  • Isn't this kind of the argument against communism? Great Ideal, not practical.

    You've read Animal Farm yeah?

  • Go Scott :)

  • Fear of pain is a bigger motivator than pursuit of pleasure. Unless you do a Tony Robbins and condition yourself otherwise, given a choice between avoiding pain and pursuing pleasure, you will choose to avoid pain. That's why game theory works.
