In this video, I show where you can effectively farm for 6600 CP every 2 minutes or so. There are two Behemoth-like enemies fighting each other, so when you engage them - you'll always trigger a preemptive attack. Start off with this Optima set-up: ATTACKER/ENHANCER/ENHANCER and wait until you get Haste and Fire elemental offense, then switch to ATTACKER/BLASTER/BLASTER. Focus on killing the purple beast first, then the white one is easy to take down. They respawn as soon as you move back near the save point. Just keep doing this to your heart's content - it's actually recommended before you move past this area.

  • It's much easier to kill the Behemoth King before he changes form by having two ravagers and a commando stagger him after the pre-emptive strike, then change to com-com-rav and keep him in the air until he dies.

He can't transform in the air. This way you kill both in about 35-45 seconds, even at lower levels just after arriving in Gran Pulse.

  • Now then, this is not a good strategy.I got my characters upped really fast in the same spot as the video, but my strategy is far more efficient. It's with Light,Fang and Hope.Go with relenteless Assault to quick stagger the behemoth.Try to keep his ass in the air.If you can't,select attacks like Flamestrike,Aquastrike(just not sparkstrike,he absorbs) to keep him busy until Fang can launch him in the air. Then,Relenteless Assault on the Wolf, and BOOM! You got 6600 CP.

  • @liljuggla69 They call him Titan. He's a fal'cie.

  • how come when im fighting the purple one when transformed, he always aims at me

  • what is the big red monster in gran pulse?

  • ah, I just made it to this part today. That Behemoth king kicked my chara's butts! I was like, It Healed! Crap.

  • Optima CHANGE! I love how you can just Commando Ravager switch to Medic occasionally for most of the game. I'm on my second play through and I just got to gran pulse. I never fully leveled up my characters so I'm looking forward to getting the achievements. I 5 starred the final boss my first playthrough I was so happy!

  • when im bored i go back to these two to check how strong i've gotten. now i kill them both in 7 sec. <3

  • I used 2 saboteurs and a synergist for this one (Fang, Vaniile and Sazh - Fang as leader). I staggered both opponents very quickly with sabateur techniques and then switched to Com, Rav, Rav. You should be able to complete in 30-40 seconds when you first arrive in gran pulse using this technique.

  • i use relentless assault the whole time, stagger the king behemoth first and have him in the air till he's dead, then just keep attacking the wolf till he's dead and you're good to go

  • If you do this in Post-Game play, with characters maxed or nearly maxed in their core roles, you can take Fang, Lightning, and Snow, use the Com/Com/Com - Cerberus - set up, and finish the fight in about 7-15 seconds. This is a good strategy to go with in that time where the party isn't strong enough to take on the Faultwarrens yet, but they're getting close to maxing out in their roles.

  • damn , ur trick works.... lol
