http://myachillesrupture.com - It was a beautiful day in MI today and I was itching to ride my mountain bike for distance as well as a bit of endurance riding. It was a great run and the Achilles Tendon felt really good. I can tell that I still need to work on more consistent mountain bike riding....especially on hills. Speed and stamina are other areas that I need more focused attention on, but I was happy with my effort today. As you know, each exercise has certain movements that utilize the muscles, bones and related tissues in different ways and mountain biking is no different.

  • biking is by far the EASYEST way to lose fat, i weighed 220 9 months ago now i weigh 152 just from riding a bike, no diet or other gym/dumbell exersize. i absolutely love riding a bike and its fat burning too
