Dissidia Final Fantasy: Sonic Break links to Meteorain?

It's true, I swear!
What happened was I managed to flub up the second hit of Sonic Break(don't ask me how I failed to hit the O button, I just did) and when I anticipated to use Finishing Touch, I ended up with Meteorain instead.
Imagine my surprise.

It's not a link he got hit by the meteors rising out of the sword note the sound effect it sounded like getting hit with a fireball not a sword. Meteorain has brave damage while the meteors are rising and the HP hit is when they fall, like an anti air attack.
