RBR RBNET particle mod Chirdohead stage HD

Test to see how well youtube preserves quality of this video.. Also because I like this replay :-) It is a recording of an "RBNET" race I had.. Using the particle mod from 02blur from BHMS (www.bhmotorsports.com)
-RBNET is a cool multiplayer mod for Richard Burns Rally.

Dust mod should be easily seen, but the small particle detail may be lost.. not sure. Original vid after conversion from fraps is about 77MB

Update Aug 2009: They must have re-encoded this video lately, if you choose HD quality, the video has more detail than ever. Still nowhere near original video quality, but better than before.

Nice. I'm really interested in that blow-off valve sound... In my RBR I hear none or very rarely. Any help?

@admirs6 You can just "turn it up" in one of the txt files that controls the sound levels. Haven't messed around with it in years, don't know which one it is. Check blackholemotorsports..(d0t)...­(c0m).. the forums--->RBR forums---->mod forums...

I think it is an ".ini" file. Can't remember off the top of my head. I'll check it out and get back to you. bhmotorsports is still a good place to get help with modding RBR. Check out my "Windshield raindrop" mod if you find it. It's under user name "BWX" (me), at BHMS website download section. RBR forum.. Check the mod section for help too.

If you go to the website in the description and find the mod under RBR mods section, it is pretty easy to install the mod. Basically you just download a txt file and use that to replace one in a certain folder in the RBR install folder.

Yeah it is pretty easy to install, especially the ones that are just file replacement. just remember to back up original stuff.
