@Xavier3246 Exactly what "pattern of losing" are you talking about when the guy has taken his team to the postseason 6 out of the 9 years he's been manager, and one of the quickest managers to get to 800 wins? When ya see a video and have no idea who is in it or what you're talking about. That idea to comment... let it go.

This man is an impediment to success. Gardenhire is a TERRIBLE MANAGER! How come nobody else sees it? He's a late decision maker, never gets animated in the dugout like Ozzie Guillen or Jim Leyland and he's beholden to these crap ass players like Matt Guerrier and Ron Mahay. The same pattern of losing continues each night because of Gardy's lack of managerial skills. It's as if he's got money on his own team losing. Almost every Twins loss is because of Gardy's erroneous moves. Fire his fat ass

Every time Gardy takes off hat he gets ejected. But that's the reason he was the runner-up for the Manager of the Year Award this past season (2009).
