that is one strange looking cop. you can't win with cops. no matter how you act when they are about, it is always considered suspicious. the only way to be sure is to act like a fucking stiff russian.

cop could have kept an eye ion him while he took a piss so he never disposed of something. it is not nice when you got to pee. it is hard to cooperate or stay focused when you really got to pee.

NEVER admit guilt, they cant 'WORK' with you, they just want you to give up your rights and its a done deal. Just look how he told his partner "he said he has drugs on em," which is not what he said. The cop asked if he had a little something and in response gave up his rights and pissed himself...lose lose

A few years ago , about 10 of us were peeing in an alley outside a concert hall. A cop pulled up and flashed his light on all of us and told us all to stop and that we were all getting a ticket. I kept pissing. I felt that if I was getting a ticket for public urination, at least I was going to finish. None of us got a ticket because he loved my responce. GO COOL COPS!!!!
