How to unlock/get the Relocator in Pokemon Black/White

This is a tutorial on how to get the Relocator/Transfer machine in Pokemon Black and White. After you unlock it, a new option will be available on the menu which you can use to transfer event Pokemon (Crown Beasts, Celibi and Lock capsule) from a 4th gen game. Its Similar to the migrating process in hg/ss and d/p/pt.

Hey Reshiram300 I have the Lock Capsule in HG but it won't transfer it to my Black version. It doesn't recognize the item at all. Is this supposed to happen?

@vietdude654 I think you have to get it legitimately, just hacking it with AR wont work. Try the event where you have to go into the mart and get it from the green delivery man.
