I think this is the most ambitious superhero movie ever made. Definitely the best of the Superman franchise. I still give the edge to The Dark Knight as the greatest ever made but this one is a lot more fun and it brings back a ton of memories. I still have the glow-in-the-dark kryponite that my dad bought me at the theater.

This is definately the best superhero movie ever made. Almost every other Superman movie is all cartoony and cheesy. In this one, Superman is still way too corny and happy, and uses campy heroic lines, but everyone else is normal. That's what makes this movie so great! They took a childrens character and placed him in the modern world. Lois Lane smokes for crying out loud! And at the end he experiences a tragedy which changes his character from campy to much more serious. Bravo Christopher Reeve

@gekisen01 they need to get away from that and do something closer to the comic. Hopefully Zack Snyder will do a better job than Bryan Singer.
