Just a small bit of advice. Put a wet paper towel underneath the cutting board. It keeps it from sliding.

Shoulda heat up the oil before you threw in the steak, Get a nice sear. Also, I woulda cooked the noodles in the hot broth so its not raw onions and pepper. Also, shoulda cooked the ginger with the steak. But otherwise, it looked good.
