Survivor Man faces wild animals, starvation and extreme temperatures, but that's nothing compared to 14+ inches of snow and ice in a city completely unprepared to take it. This is the story of one Survivor Woman who braves a world without snow plows, salt or sand for the roads and at times even electricity and lives to tell about it.

Thanks for showing this video. I'm from Portland but haven't been there in over 12 years. I remember when it snowed and iced like that when I was a kid in 1968. It was a wonderland. Thanks so much.
