That was Koen Wouters from Belgium who he hit,Koen is artist and tv presentator that just rides for fun.
Gordon is fighting for the victory..
They have sensors in the car and Koen Wouters ignored and stayed infront of a faster rider.
He asked for it because what you dont see in this vid is how long Gordon was behind Wouters and he signaled and did everything but Wouters just stayed infront of him.
He knows he's there,he got sensors and mirrors and still wouldn move aside..Wouters is a a-hole

the drivers are told this befor they race, they have to honk twice and if their opponent dont get out of the way then they have the right to bump them, no more then a slight bump.
