  • Pianists nowadays can't really do what this pianist does....

  • Whenever I listen to this pianist, I feel as though the piano disappears and I hear him singing his heart out, as here. Nothing flashy or extravagant. No varnish but bellississimo!

  • I just listened to Egon Petri play this before I heard Sofronitsky. Sofronitsky actually wins out on colour.

  • @an0rchy uhh that's called harmony, maybe? d'uh

  • this song is amazing, its an attempt to make poem into sound, i think its not conventional at all(i think its probably a bizzare song by many different conventions), its notes put together that sounds good for some reason, its incredibly emotional.

  • Such a direct line of communication with this kind of playing - the music is just oozing from his fingertips. Bravo!

  • Бесконечно просто и гениально...

  • @xantem1 hard to say - more difficult than it sounds definitely. :D at least for me it was. well i played it when i was about 13 and it took some 4 months to play it by heart.

  • How difficult is this to play?

  • It's strange. It has unique interpretations.
