Hi, this is Stuart Sutton at one acre plus homes. Im in a subdivision in Georgetown Texas called Woods of Fountainwood. You may have seen my video on Fountainwood; this neighborhood is actually adjacent to it; the homes here are a bit more expensive, a bit larger, and a bit more exclusive. Actually, half of the homes sold in the last two years were between $295,000-$400,000, and the other half were between $400,000-$500,000. Believe it or not, that's actually about the division of the homes currently on the market. And all of these homes are on an acre or a little over. There is also a good mix of one and two story homes. They're also all mainly custom homes. Once again, this is the Woods of Fountainwood.
