I was there in november last year. I spent only for excursions. It wasn't cheap. If you go tu playa will pay less then in the Barcelo!.

Oh yeah, go to Barcelo!! Don't go to Sandos Playa Car. They screwed us!! Never go there. Go to Barcelo

OK. We are seriously jonesing to go back. We got back on October 9th and we miss it bad. Viva Mexico!! I miss the buffet. The food is sooo good. They do a real good job here. You won't be dissapointed. Mariana is the best waitress. She works her butt off.

I just got back from Barcelo-Tropical and was missing it, so I searched on youtube and found your video! ahhhh.....now at work I can look at this during the day lol! ;) Thanks for posting!

You weren't in Playa, you were in Puerto Adventuras, Mexico. Playa was about 15 miles north of the Barcelo.

had a great time. next trip we'll go back to grand and club marival in puerto vallarta though, you can go to as many specialty restaurants as you want, barcelo was beautiful but really limited this.

This is probably too little too late (we were on a cruise and i just saw this). You could need cash for trans from airport, anything you buy, any excursions you take (definitely take Edventures (see my other video...simply the best...e-mail if you have questions), any additional tips if you want, cabs into Playa....that is all I can really think of. You don't need any in the resort unless you decide to tip the bartenders extra or tip the maids)....have an amazing time
