  • Can you please tell me, how you attach the cover to the whole block of sheets? I hopeit makes sense what I'm asking, I saw that in the second scrap book you used strings to atach, thank you.

  • @aztecwarriorr You have a couple of options. You can create a spine the width that will accommodate your pages and add an inch to each side to attach to the back and front cover and then attach your pages to the spine with ribbon or strings. The other way you can do it is to create an accordian fold and "sandwich" your pages between the folds of the spine and then attach the front and back edges of the accordian fold to the front and back cover. Hope this helps.

Disfrute!

  • I just found your video, and it is so out of the box for me, but I can hardly wait to try it. I love your idea about using tissue paper from gifts. I feel like as a paper crafter, reusing, just makes me feel a little bit better. Thanks for taking the time to share this technique.

  • @dee6lite2 So glad you enjoyed it! I think it is fun to try something every once in a while that is outside our comfort zone...and I totally agree - I lOVE when I can reuse or repurpose materials...gives them a new life and keeps them from just becoming more waste! Enjoy...I know you will have a great time!

  • @sandylandcrafter You are going to have so much fun! - would love to see what you come up with! Thanks for stopping by!

  • Can hardly wait to try this technique. Thanks. Love how your cover came out.

  • @CatsandJournals YEAH! Glad you had good results - it is a favorite technique of mine. I think you would be fine doing an image transfer as long as you sealed it with multi-medium - which you have probably done in the creation of the collage itself. Fun idea...got my creative brain kicked into high gear.

  • I had some nice results using your technique.

Would it be possible to do an image transfer on this layered background?

I am a bit worried about the tissue paper and don't want to wreck it!
