I have a huskey and if shes outside for a second she howls like crazy I get NO sleep!

All dogs howl at something, it just most huskies have more wolf in them than any other dogs so they howl more frequently. Not all dogs may howl though and if they do it's mostly to communicate or if they feel sad, it could be because they are singing to a song or other noises.
