@quicklikeabunny666 maybe come up with patterns in different time signatures and get used to playing one of them with just your feet then try to play over it with with your hands in another time signature that you know... hat's how i'd do it atleast

nashokadow..in what way did this sound like shit? his rhythm and knowledge of beat placement is superior to the videos that you have up..This sounded perfect for what he was doing.....you go play hemiolas on your feet and improvise around the kit with you hands..its not easy.

Uh...No. Actually, it sounded just right for what it was supposed to be. perhaps you are not as familiar with polymetrics as you think. That was pretty much bang-on.

Since you've got the hang of poly rhythms search for a beat which is more organised. It didn't sound right.
