@METALLICA6547 true, you never said it. But my days of pod2.0 and makeshift 8 string tuning setup are long gone now that I use a real 8 and pod farm+cab impulses. I still use my Strat in B standard / drop A stuff

@METALLICA6547 when will people realize that I used single-coil sized humbuckers (dimarzio fast track 2 on the bridge) although it's true that the video resolution makes it hard to distinguish.
Now that I got that out of my system, humbuckers or not, I too think that this tone was shitty. You should watch some of my newer videos for "better" guitar tones.

@kodoku42 i cant figure why on earth you would use that huitar for that type of tone what a waste of effects,you need to humbucker that shit up,if it sounds like this with single coil imagine what you would have with some humbuckers or active pickups ,come on man!!!!

I don't care what pickups you say you put in that Strat, theres no way in hell that rhythm guitar sound is coming from that guitar on the take in that video. You might have been playing the same thing but the actual recording was from another guitar at a different time...

@lancerambert No matter what you think I really recorded those guitar tracks with that Stratocaster and Line6 POD 2.0. The post-equalizaton has a big part in the final sound but I still recorded it with that same guitar you see in the video.
