i have a brilliant idea to stop illegal street racing. make a new road on an abandon stretch of land and allow people to race on it for free. just have a place where they need to fill out a liability waiver to be able to access the road. problem solved...omg. and 8 people died from street racing, how many people died from cigarettes?elderly drivers?..... and they're racing on an empty industrial street, i could understand freaking out if they were doing this in a populated area...

since when has it been illegal to tune up your ride? officer hands me a citation/ticket for something like that i'd wipe my ass with it and hand it back to him/her.

@iCoNiKz what about the sppedway in Fontana? They also got a 1/4 mile drag strip. It's 2 hours away from ventura but you just gotta hop onto the I-10 east the whole way.
