@stevereno68 I hope you are feeling better. A few years back, I went through a bad depression. It took several months to come out of it and when I did, the nurse at work told me it was nice to see me smile again. The thing about depression is, most depressed people don't think they're coming out of it, but that how depression works. It lies to the person and makes things seem worse than they are. Hang in there my friend. You will come out of this. You have strength and courage. It shows.

ptsd is a bitch... ive been living with it since the first gulf war...the meds are worse than the ptsd itself though... my wife mocks my shakes and my overall just not being with it mentally... im getting ready to end my marriage of almost 20 years because of it... its a successful day if i dont kill myself... they just say to call the suicide hotline but that doesnt work... the only thing that keeps me from doing it is my religous beliefs...
