you gotta be in bullet time, kill at least 3 enemies in succession, then hit reload, you can then continue to do it as long as u keep killing guys, dunno how long exactly but after a while it will stop if u havent killed anything

its from the Samurai Champloo soundtrack, its called Dead Season, there are several samurai champloo soundtracks, this song can be found on the one titled "Impression"
