How the fuck do I do the "The harder you push the thicker the line is" thing?

It doesn't work even when I turn on "other Dynamics"...

@FaggotsFreaksFools Make sure that when other dynamics is turned on that 'size jitter' is set to pen pressure in the drop down menu.

Otherwise try reinstalling your tablet drivers and restarting your PC. Sometimes computer tablet drivers start conflicting with photoshop and stop working.

Photshop gets easy when you get the hang of it same with paint and tablet, practice makes perfect!
