I know, he dies at Zero's hand after rerouting Ragnarok's computer to aim its megacannon at Weil and Neo Arcadia instead of Area Zero, where Weil survives the impact because he was constructed to rapidly heal, who then engages combat with Zero and both are "supposedly" killed by the self destruction of Ragnarok. Which is negated by the sequel Megaman ZX, where Weil and Zero are converted to biometals for humans to transform into. Yes I know.
