Isuzu 4BD1T diesel in 67 F100

Isuzu 3.9L 4BD1T diesel engine in my 67 Ford F100 single cab short bed truck. The engine has an upgraded HY35 turbo and is hooked to a 700R4 transmission.

The pump is a bosch A pump built by sheid diesel that puts out 370cc. I have since added twin turbos to it that put out tons of power (more than a 4 banger diesel should) . The power along with the very low weight makes this thing alot of fun now.

Thanks guys, I am working on getting more fueling with a custom injection pump and injectors. I need all the fuel I can get for the big twin turbos I am building. :D

is that an inline pump without boost compensator?

were these turbo charged as standard?

Did u have to have special injection pump cam profiles or did they just pick a pump and set the max fuelling and advance curve, if it has an advance mechanism?

Neat. I've got the exact same setup in a 1998 Dodge 1500.
