Who cares, we all know that the Republican Party is racist. How people like Michael Steele could be a republican is beyond me. I seem to think that Michael Steele will be sorry in medium/long term with the party.

I have no attitude however I do sense an air of arrogance with your comments. America has no problem with using diplomacy but without military might backing it up diplomacy is just useless words. Canada is clearly not our greatest ally that honor would imo go to Great Britain. I have no intention to attack Canadian wit but I don't see the influence of Canadian words to contain global terrorism or taking the leadership position to help the economical recession.

While I disagree with some of the more hawkish policies of some elected officials I in no way feel America somehow doesn't have a right to defend its sovereignty and supremacy. Many people have demonized the actions of superpowers throughout history. However when a singular superpower is no were to be found what happens? Massive power struggles that often lead to far more death then the actions of that singular superpower. I serious doubt WWIII is being prevented by brilliant Canadian wit.
