A century ago, India had more than 40,000 tigers. Today, it has fewer than 1,500.
 
Poaching, the illegal trade of tiger parts, and habitat destruction have reduced its population.
 
The government now wants to move thousands of villagers living in tiger reserves to halt the damage.

  • India should send its army & ruthlessly hunt down those poachers just as these poachers hunt down those magnificent animals

  • Poachers of endangered wildlife should be dealt no less than the death penalty.
