LOL!! Hayate!!?? Penny's seiyuu is Hayate's seiyuu??!! I guess Shiraishi Ryoko and Miley Cyrus' voice does have a similar boyish quality to it...
But it's just funny knowing Penny is voiced by the same seiyuu as Hayate, Anew and Kaede.

Interesting to listen to it in other languages indeed. Some languages were really funny when they translated them. I was laughing away at the Cantonese dub.
