Charlotte Zietlow speaks to the masses gathered at her 75th birthday/retirement celebration in Fountain Square Ballroom. Charlotte is a living treasure of the city of Bloomington and Monroe County, Indiana. She became the first woman president of the Bloomington City Council in 1971 and is credited with saving the Monroe County Courthouse while serving as County Commissioner in the 80's. She has served as Executive Director of the Monroe County United Way, Community Coordinator for Planned Parenthood throughout southern Indiana, and is resigning as Economic Development Coordinator for Middle Way House, Inc.
