We uncover new allegations of massive visa fraud and giant loopholes that critics say are allowing hi-tech multinational companies to discriminate against Americans. According to several high-tech industry veterans we talked to -- misuse of B-1 visas has been an open secret for years, but never before, they said, have the allegations been laid out in open court -- at least not like this.

  • @coachmarc70 Long before Indians ever came here Americans built the IT industry out of nothing to the tune of $1.4 TRILLION a year. Now that Indians have taken it over and are cheaper, the economy is collpasing. Indians destroyed American tech institutions such as Sun, PeopleSoft, Bell Labs, and lots of financial institutions like Lehman, Fannie Mae, CountryWide. America has lost 28 MILLION jobs since these job-beggars got here in 1998. The US econ was BOOMING before that.

  • @coachmarc70 Who put it in the minds of the American corporate elite to "cut costs" and use cheap labor? India, Inc. American companies had no problem paying US citizens top dollar before Indian scum got here. Many of the corporate elite ARE Indians. Pepsi, Citibank, and Adobe are all run by Indians, Just to name a few. $65K for someone who produces junk that doesn't work is too much. How come only IT workers are being targeted and not overpaid CEOs, actors, or stockborkers?

  • It's not the Indian visa criminals...it's the American corporate elite that hire them and avoid...at all costs...hiring from any of the qualified American citizens that are out of work. If you can pay an Indian computer software engineer $65K, you would pay an American $120k. So profit is the motive. That's like blaming the addict for the drug pusher. So much for the "Job Creators"!!! Obama-Biden 2012!!!

  • Was never a big Dan Rather fan but major cudos for bringing the shameful Indian visa criminals to the fore.

  • As someone who worked in software for 16 years and wrote 18 commercial software products, I can tell you this is just the tip of the iceberg. These Indian organized crime rackets known as "outsourcers" are doing nothing more than tearing through our companies, cleaning them out, collecting $, and sending it all back to India. Meanwhile the companies they do deals with collapse (GM, Fannie Mae, Lehman, Quark, Bell labs, just to name a few). They should all be shut down under RICO laws.

  • It is time for our corporation to be patriotic. Our lawmakers are totaly misguided by special interest to import workers on the pretext we don't have qualified americans to fill the jo even though they know of massive visa fraud and loopholes. Who will support this program those who gain from this.

  • @gimmeshelter1969

H1B visa workers are prostitutes? Dude, prostitution is illegal and you don't lose tax or employment because of prostitution. H1B is fine, but Indians in H1B are 80% Bull Shits with fraudulent certificates or experiences.

I agree that this video should have been seen by 100,000 people.. but shame.. very few had seen.. better had changed name of video as "indian nude". would have got million hits

  • (continuation....) And Hexaware bring 2300 workers like me, that means they avoid $7 Million taxes. This is happening for last 10 years or more. My complaints to both IRS and INS did not bring any results.

Just think over, what if the same is done by dozens of Indian companies...

  • @MrAppleseed88

Thank you for your support. I cannot sue them, as I am an Indian in Visa. But I can work with legal professionals as first hand evidence.

I worked in Hexaware, they sent me to US in Business visa, but later I came to know they were billing clients 600$ ($41,000 for entire duration) a day and pays no salary to me. If they pay salary, i tax would have been $3000 ~. Rather they paid per diem and accodmadation. (continued....)
