2:34 was HILARIOUS, bro!!! LOL! "The little chicks dig me, don't they?" Niiice! Only problem was the first one wasn't so little...
I don't know why you're getting so many thumbs down ratings. You're working the muscles CORRECTLY, bro! When U did the bicep portion, you did it perfectly. I tell people u don't need to past the 90 degree mark, also. Your form was SLOW & you held it at the peak. 2% of people in the gym do that. No one holds the contraction...
Go git 'em, Dan!

@partylikeits1066 yeah man thats what i was thinking, compound is best period. Best for size gain and fat loss IMO and of course its better because compounds are more functional, where in life do u need to do a curl?

"From this... we have learned, do not interact with people on here, because someone is always going to try to bring you down."
Hi RawBeauty4Life, I hope you can forgive everyone, as that is not such a cool lesson that you stated to have learned. I hope you can forgive & wipe the slate clean. Everyone here means well. The majority of communication is nonverbal, which makes effective communication through words on a computer screen very difficult. As I already stated, we are all on the same team.

Law of Specificity: You must Specifically train for something to improve upon it...if you want to be a better swimmer then swim, if you want to be a better golfer then golf, if you want to improve your push-up strength then do push-ups. I push-up and a bench press have different biomechanics and therefore can't be compared to each other. There are ppl who can bench 300-500 lbs but have difficulty doing push-ups...think about it...specific training...law of Specificity...Physiotherapists know!
