    these meals youre making look fantastic, and i am getting inspired..not to mention hungry.

  • Just be careful of the HFCS ...they hide this stuff in everything. HFCS= High Fructose Corn Syrup. It costs about a penny a pound to make, so they use it as a filler in everything. Look at the label on your A1 steak sauce ...and you will see.

  • i have more than way more than 400g of carbs every single day, lol his limit is 40. i have no limit for carbs. i think 40g should be a limit when it comes to fat.^^

  • @george4title Paleo Keto diets are not necessary. The reason it is working for you is because you are more likely eating into a calorie deficit this way. Obviously vegetables, soups, fatty foods and proteins are either more satiable or have a greater thermic effect. ANY FOOD can fit into a healthy diet. If you track your calorie intake and weight to find your TDEE you will just as easily lose fat while eating potatoes, white rice, and even pop tarts. All this assuming an active lifestyle

  • Not to be negative..at all, because it looks like you're cookin' some great meals, but this diet would KILL a cancer patient.. just a fyi. I like to base my diet on what a cancer patient would eat (well, i am one) because it's like a preventation from cancer.. low carbs is good for that, but all that meat protein would make cancer grow like crazy.
