After our excursion down the New River, we were pretty confident about our whitewater rafting mount. But we still needed to give it the full on test down some of the most intense rapids on the Gauley River in West Virginia. The Upper Gauley is not for the timid with Class V rapids stacked on top of each other. The rafting mount was incredibly secure as we crashed into serious water and rocks down this narrow gorge.
