I have the Skyrim PS3 version. But I didn't start playing it until after the 1.3 patch came out. So I never saw any of the bag lag issues that others were complaining about. My copy sat on my bookshelf for a few weeks before I had time to play it because I was busy with work. There are some other issues with 1.3 (minor lag in some areas after your save file gets over 6k. But the 1.4 patch will address that. But so far or me I'm not having problems.

I think everyone who thinks they want FFVII remade exactly the same with 1080 graphics is just lying. To be clear I have played FFVII about 10 times through. But that was a long time ago, and not b/c of the graphics, but b/c I've done it all, I've used every character, played with only yellow materia, killed every weapon. The real test would be to take the same amazing story, and alter the game enough so that fans would be surprised, even sad (#Aeris), without feeling like a replay
