@Propsink Where is that? And I'm not a pilot, but I hope to be one day - what are the laws - whereever that is - about how low you can fly? is there only a minimum altitude above cities and such?

Training for RedBull Air Race ! Haha
So beautiful !

This kind of flying sure is exhilerating. It does come with it's risks though, the weather conditions did look stable, bird strike is not as predictable and can have serious consequences, engine failure.... it does happen, and at or below 100' AGL options are seriously limited, there are other issues. I operate a C206, it is more truck than sportscar. I intend to be an old pilot, not a bold one. Just my 2c worth. Stay safe.

Damn cool!!!!! Indeed you Kick ass!!!!
Great use of ground effect! beautiful scenery. the only thing i would be concerned with is any potential lee-side downdraft and/or wind shear from the mountains, but perhaps you're far enough away. excellent flying.

@jpreel Downdrafts are pretty negligible when at the bottom of a valley. Windshear is always a possibility, but generally the conditions have to be much more unstable.
