Tuning "YouTube Project Direct 2009"

This is a submission for the 2009 youtube project direct competition. It's a short film about a tense relationship between two college students. Watch in high quality.

Red phone
Guitar
Thick rimed glasses


It was originally 11min, I had to cut it down as much as possible. 5:44 is over the time limit, but it was the most I can do without disrupting the story. I hope for a chance that it is reviewed.... I hope. The longer 11 min. version will be posted up soon.

Wow, that was really good! And I'm sure, because this was 11 mins and I've had to cut down films too, that this is the "bad" version to you. Awesome job, the only thing that I wasn't into (and this is TOTALLY a personal style thing) were the shot that were tilted left or right (e.g. the hallway at the end). But even though that's something that usually really gets to me, it was a pretty fine usage of it here. Good job and keep making movies!

Thanks! Yea the Dutch angle at the end is a stylized shot, set up to symbolizes the awkward relationship between both of them.
