September 12 2009 Washington DC Tea Party Protest

On September 12, 2009 hundreds of thousands of American citizens gathered together and marched to the capital building to protest the current radical government now holding office. This massive chanting crowd was republicans, democrats, and independents. They were not organized by big corporations, or government paid for corrupt organizations that bussed people in from anywhere; these true American patriots were here of their own free will. These American citizens have taken a stand and shout, We the people of these United States will no longer remain silent over the radical expansion of unchecked government and abolition of our God given rights for life and liberty! This current president and congress has done nothing but increases our national debt, line their own pockets, and betray the oath they gave to serve us by rule of law of the constitution. We the people, the citizens of these United States have been given this country by the gracious hand of God as a refuge against tyranny and oppression. Now as our rights diminish, and our debts increase all due to this current liberal and socialist administration and congress, we will be silent no more! God save this country!

watched this again and not one black person could i see...what did make me laugh though is one sign stating that its free market economics that bring prosperity not government intervention. Where pray has that ill-informed buffoon been hiding for the last few years when free-market economics brought america to its knees and had to be rescued by a huge world wide bailout!!

If you look at the history of this county, America, this "small minded people" as you call them, worked hard for all black to be treated equal, learn history, stop making up things. Also, PunishTheGuilty1, you have no understandings of econmics. GNP is not suported by the governments but by the private sector. When money is taken by the govrnmt the turnaround rate falls, lowering the GNP and raising unemployment. The problem is not freedom or free markets . The opposite of a free market is an enslaved market like a socialist govenment run market. If you study the facts then you know the reason for Americas recession is not free markets but excessive govenment interference.

I find it laughable that these people actually think that the republican party leaders are any better than the democrat party leaders, or that they think people like limbaugh and hanity speak for them. I find it sad that in reference to politics that they brainwash their kids with republican rhetoric. Both parties do it and both are corupted and the vast majority of politicians in this country care about themselves not the public. When will people ever wake up and see the truth.

Watching this as a German is so funny you have to know. Social market economy has changed this country from a field of rubble to one of the wealthiest nations in the world with medicare and national health insurance being important parts of it. Also the child of the poorest workers family has got healthy teeth and all the British exchange students can't believe that every teen wears braces here. This wealth is what destroyed the former GDR and its communists regime, you are marching against it.

"Tea Party" is a Big Lie. It's not the simple 1700s. We now have millions of life-saving water-food-air-safety, police, military, etc. provided by "big government' (We The People). during the real Tea Party there were no freeways, bridges nor school that allow real tax-paying patriots to work & contribute to the superior progress this nation has. @PunishTheGuilty1 what I find HILARIOUS about your statement is that it is a complete falsehood and a lie. example. housing crisis came from what. people who could not afford to buy a house being able to buy them. whos responsible for that? barney fwank forcing lending companies thru legislation to lower credit requirements therefore altering market conditions. banks wont lend to unqualified buyers unless forced to. why? high risk and its bad for business. geeee oooops.
