Suspect Threatens Law Enforcement over Scanners

As the story developed and we listened to scanner traffic we got a glimpse into White's mind-set.

Throughout the night the suspect threatened law enforcement, ranted about the government and specifically called out Sheriff Mark Donaldson, all on the radio he stole from a deputy he shot.

Within minutes of the shooting the man jumped into the deputies truck, beginning a long heated dialog with law enforcement.

"I pray to god all of yall see the light one of these days. Please be assured I'm not afraid to die. And I'm not afraid to live neither. I'll be damned if I'm going to put up with you treasonous sons of ***"

He continues to rant about law enforcement, warning them to watch their step.

"You better get a long distance away from me. If you get up close it will be a lot worse."

In a bizarre turn he specifically calls out Ector County Sheriff Mark Donaldson.

"Hey Donaldson, I got your truck up on the hill. You're nothing but treason. There aint a son of a **** one of you that doesn't need to be hauled off to jail. If you want to take a shot at me I'm right on top of the hill. Where's those snipers of yours. Put me out of my misery. Make me a martyr you dumb son of a *****"

"You're selling out our country Donaldson, you're supposed to be the backbone of the public you're not nothing. These words will be heard because there's plenty of police scanners listening let me tell you something...the wrath of the public is coming."

As you can see he is clearly anti-government and anti-law enforcement.

The suspect's rants cut off about 5:15 Friday evening after he moved into his "compound."
