Kids routinely visit doctors for many reasons. They weigh you when you go to a doctor. If a child is deemed obese, the parents should be notified at that moment by a medical professional and a mandatory follow up appointment should be set up for the future where a body fat percentage will be measured and must show improvement. Just my opinion.

Parents have to wake up!! Stop feeding them fast food and JUNK.

If the parents can't control them, then their children should be taken away. 

It's no different than if a child was using drugs or alcohol. If a parent provided them with their drug, the law would step in. Food for an obese child is like a drug. WAKE UP..... these kids need HELP...!!!

Problem is, what food doesn't have high fructose corn syrup? Its even in some of the most 'healthy looking' fruit juices. And Aspartame is put into 'low fat/sugar' foods to trick people that it is healthier.
