...by the way, where are the fairies?



To get the true ending:
- Break the case on level 70 and get the heart
- Break the whatever-it-is on level 85
- Collect all five "fairy's tears" items. They should appear at the beginning of the game (usually on levels 2-6); if you get the false ending, after the game boots you back to level 70, the tears should appear on levels 71-75.

That...That's the ending?! That sucks! They don't even get transformed back into their human selves for the next game? Huh... Oops. Guess they forgot... But still, way worse than the original ending. Looks like I'll stick with the NES version, the one you can record your progress and has its own fun exclusives.

On a side note, I'm curious what the Japanese version said since it also had English text. "Grumple Grommit" would be "Super Drunk"... Heh.

you have to destroy the giant heart looking gong and a giant mirror but i forgot which level but im sure you'll notice it
