Actually the host is born with both male and female organs and she could choose to be male or female so she choose to be female.She was born female and so decided to continue being a female and remove the male organs that's why she's so pretty

i hate 2 say it, but um...it's really obvious that this host is a guy. i mean, come on. real girls don't have to ACT like girls...(he reminds me of a chinese version of wendy williams who is DEFINITELY a guy. still, i like em lol)
