The Anime Is Mahou Sensei Negima.
I Watched the Anime ManyTimes And I Thought The song and the Anime Would be good together ^^

Storyline:
Evangeline the stongest Vampire has been Cursed since 15 years by Negi's Father Nagi. The Curse sealed her Magic away and she must live as a Student in the Mahoura School. To break the Curse she must drink the blood of Negi. Negi is a new School Teacher that didn't notice that there was a Vampire in his Class. But after an inccident he notice there is Magic. With the help from Chachamaru Evangeline managed to dispell the curse for a few hours and Evangeline decides to use the opportunity to drinks Blood from Students to make her Power grow and desides to attack Negi. At the first battle as negi thought he already won but Chachamaru came out to help Evangeline. Negi lost the fight as was already in Evangeline's Hand but sudenly Asuna Kagurasaka came out of blue to help Negi. Asuna is like Evangeline and Chachamaru the three of them are student's from Negi. She deside to help Negi defeat Evangeline because she was worried about everyone. Together they tried to defeat Chachamaru but they failed.
Negi didn't know that Asuna had a weak body. And before the final battle Asuna died. Now Negi must fight alone against Evangeline and Chachamaru. The finalbattle ends at the Bridge and Negi Lost again. And again Asuna came came out of blue to help Negi. Negi was so happy that he desided not to give up and to fight until the end. And as he finally won Evangeline falls to the water but before that could happen Negi saved her ...

@thestarrynightskies You would need the manga scenes for that, theres a long scene of them both in an open air springs, her nearly molesting him at that time (even Kamo-kun, the pervert ermine was covering his eyes in that scene lol), them at a (technical) dinner date, even Evangeline kisses Negi at one point, much to his shock/surprise.
